Candidate interviews and appointments
Candidates can select an available interview slot displayed in Morocco time. The platform sends booking confirmations, updates and reminders related to the interview.
Application purpose
The platform allows candidates selected for the oral interview stage to view their assigned interviewer and choose or change an available appointment. Authorized administrators can manage assignments, availability, bookings and interview evaluations.
Google Calendar and Google Meet
With authorization from a designated administrator, FLA Interviews creates and updates Google Calendar events, generates Google Meet links, configures interview meetings for open access so invitees can join without organizer approval, and manages candidate invitations when appointments change.
Limited Google data use
Google Calendar access is used only to provide the requested interview scheduling service. Google user data is not used for advertising and is not sold.
Security and access control
Administrative features are protected by role-based access. Stored Google authorization tokens are encrypted and may be revoked by disconnecting Calendar or through the Google Account permissions page.
